Experience diverse cultural and heritage places of interest, The native Aboriginal people called Adnyamathanha (the stone people) are the keeper of this traditional land, feel the land as  we step back in time, thousands of years, combined with panoramic views of the Flinders Ranges and Gammon Rangers is a MUST. Our journey starts with your accommodation pick up in Adelaide, as we travel northwards you start to see the changing landscape.

Day 1 :Leave Adelaide at 8:00 am and travel to Wilpena Pound along the way we will stop at Quorn, one of South Australia’s historical railway town for lunch. Discover Kanyaka ruins and old sheep property dating back to 1851. In Hawker we visit the Jeff Morgan Gallery and see the his Panorama painting, later arriving in Wilpena Pound around 4pm and settle into our accommodation (L&D)

Day 2 : With an early start we walk to the historical Hills Homestead walking via sliding rock along Wilpena creek. Wangarra Lookout will give you some panoramic views of Wilpena pound. After morning tea we travel through Buneyroo Gorge and Brachina Gorge. We stop at the renowned Prairie Hotel at Parachilna for lunch to indulge in some”flinders feral food,”wild fruits, kangaroo fillet, emu eggs or perhaps wallaby stir fry. Vegetarian options also. Continuing our tour we stop at Leigh creek coalfield, and on to our day two stop over, at Iga Warta Cultural Center and stay in country Safari tent * accommodation and enjoy traditional* country cooking and activities (B,L,D)

Day 3 :Awaken to fresh clear country air and with time in the morning, enjoy one activity from a selection presented by the Adnyamathanha people. After lunch it’s off to Arkaroola via Italowie Gorge and Balcanoona . With time to explore Arkaroola centre after settling into our accommodation. After our evening dinner your time to we view the night sky from the Arkaroola Observatory. (B,L,D)

Day 4: After breakfast the day starts with an early Ridge Top Tour, with spectacular view's from Sillars lookout in this wilderness outback region. On our return to Arkaroola we grab some lunch, before heading of back through the Gammon Ranges to Blinman,1859-1908. As we journey Southwards via “Great wall of china” Stokes Hill Lookout, Cazenaux tree and return to Wilpena Pound Resort .(B,L,D)

Day 5: Unfortunately our time in the Flinders closes as we leave Wilpena Pound and journey south wards, just outside Hawker we visit Yourumbulla caves with some excellent examples of aboriginal rock paintings. Traveling on through Orroroo to Jamestown where we stop Café 47 for our lunch. Continuing on to Clare Valley and enjoy a couple of wineries for tasting (if interested) and final photo opportunities. From the Clare Valley we are direct to Adelaide arriving about 6pm. (B,L)
