Day 1 Our journey starts with your accommodation pick up in Adelaide, 7:30am and as we travel northwards you start to see the changing landscape. In Pt Augusta we visit the, Wadlata Cultural Centre 1-2 hour tour, also our light lunch stop. Next stop, the Australian Arid Lands Botanic Gardens for a 1-2 hour native plan tour . Later we settle into our accommodation and dinner at the local Pub O/N Pt Augusta (L,D)

Day 2 After breakfast its time for early morning relaxing 2 hour River Cruise with Arron as we explore along parts of the Spencer Gulf looking for dolphins and learn of the fragile eco system.We depart Pt August for today's destination of Merna Mora Outback Station .Along the way we stop of in Quorn, one of South Australia’s historical towns for lunch at the Quongdong café. We Explore Warren Gorge looking for the endangeredYellow Footed Rock Wallaby. Then across he plains and onto Kanyaka ruins an old sheep property dating back to 1851. With a stop in Hawker we can check out the panoramic paintings at Jeff Morgan Gallery, then onto our outback station stay at Merna Mora and enjoy a relaxed bbq dinner and watch the sunset. Day 3 Today after an early start we depart for the Corridors of Time to catch the morning wildlife and along the way stop for our bush breakfast, then travel throught history via Brachina Gorge and Bunnyroo Valley. After a stop at Stokes hill look we hit the open dirt track with out picnic lunch along the track, as we make our way to Arkaroola some 180 km further up the road..With the landscape every changing we arrive into Arkaroola centre about 4pm (Based on roads conditions) With some time to explore Arkaroola centre, after settling into our accommodation. After dinner you have time to view the night sky from the Arkaroola Observatory.(Optional) O/N Arkaroola Wildeness Sanctury (B,L,D)

Day 4 The day starts with an early breakfast, then we join the well known and recommended Ridge Top Tour, with spectacular view's along the way, and from the top of Sillars lookout in this remote part of the Arkaroola Wilderness Sanctuary. On our return to Arkaroola we grab a picnic lunch take away, before heading of back through the Gammon Ranges to historical Blinman 1859-1908. Here time permitting we take a Mine tour at this old copper mine or simply relax with a coffee. As we journey Southwards we visit, “The Great Wall of China” and return to Wilpena Pound Resort .O/N (B,L,D)

Day 5 Today we have a chance to stop and let the world go buy ...Well may be not as we explore Wilpena Pound (Scenic Flight options at this Point own cost ) and or with a walk to the old Hills Homestead and for the more adventuous hike up to Wangarra lookout.. Upon our return we next visit Old Wilpena station a working property untill 1988 .. Back to the resort bar for lunch then of to our afternoon adventure. We visit Sacred Canyon and search for chip art by the Adnyamathanha (the stone people)are the keepers of this traditional land. Upon our return we stop of at the Cazenaux tree and watch the sunset over St Marys peak ...Wilpena Pound Resort .O/N (B,L,D)..

Day 6 Unfortunately our time in the Flinders Ranges closes as we leave Wilpena Pound and journey south wards. In Hawker we a quick pit stop then of to Yourumbulla caves with some excellent examples of aboriginal rock paintings at cave 1 only.. Traveling on through Orroroo check out the 500 hundred year old Gum tree. Onto Jamestown where we stop Café 47 for our lunch. Continuing on to Clare Valley for some wine tasting time permitting .Then from here direct to Adelaide arriving about 6pm.with fond memories of a great trip (B,L).
